For over 20 years, our leadership team has worked in land development for some of the largest builders in the industry. The mission at CooperZadeh is to continue to develop lots for single family production builders while also accumulating a portfolio of long term assets, including but not limited to single family rentals and mortgage backed securities.
We develop thoughtfully planned communities across the DFW Metroplex and have expanded to the North Houston and Durant Oklahoma areas.
